What's changing?

Your current servicer will no longer collect your payments after July 31. On August 1, Cornerstone Servicing will begin collecting your payments and assist you with your loan moving forward. We are excited to serve you!

Rest assured, the terms of your loan will not change, including your interest rate and loan term.

Monthly automatic payments (recurring ACH drafts) set up with our prior servicing center will transfer to Cornerstone Servicing. Automatic payments set up on a biweekly or any other basis will not transfer. Click here for details.

Avenues to manage your mortgage, make payments, and get support have changed — for the better! We'll mail you a letter with details, including your new loan number, after your transfer date.

Before August 1: 
  • If you have automatic payments set up with your prior servicer, click here for an important notice.
  • Understand that the last day to make or schedule ACH draft payments to your prior servicer is July 27. See details here.
After August 1:

  • Begin using our easy and convenient payment options.
  • Beginning August 5, set up your new online account.
