What's changing?
Your current servicer will continue collecting payments from you and assisting with HELOC draws/advances through July 31. Beginning August 1, Cornerstone Servicing will begin collecting your payments and assisting you with your HELOC in any way you need. We're excited to support you!
Rest assured, the terms of your loan will not change, including your interest rate and loan term.
Monthly automatic payments (recurring ACH drafts) set up with your prior servicer will transfer to Cornerstone Servicing. Automatic payments on a biweekly or other basis will not transfer. Click here for details.
Avenues to manage your HELOC, make payments, draw funds, and get support will change. We'll mail you a letter with details, including your new account number, after your transfer date.

What to expect as your HELOC transfers
- After July 27, your current servicer may no longer accept ACH draft payments from you. Those scheduled after this date may not post to your loan, and if applicable, the funds will be returned to your bank account.
- Mailed payments received after July 31 will be forwarded to Cornerstone Servicing and posted to your loan.
- Automatic payments (recurring ACH drafts) set up with a prior servicer on a monthly basis will transfer to Cornerstone Servicing. If your normal scheduled draft day falls within the first 6 days of the month, expect to see your August payment post to your loan on August 8.
- Automatic payments (recurring ACH drafts) set up on a biweekly or any other basis will not transfer. Please contact us after August 3 or click here to learn how to set up automatic payments with Cornerstone Servicing.

- On August 3, the transfer of your account will be complete. You will be able to make payments to Cornerstone Servicing by phone, and our Customer Care team will have full access to assist with your account.
- Beginning August 5, you can set up your new online account to manage your HELOC, make payments, and more. You will also be able to initiate a draw/advance via ACH via our website or app beginning August 7.
- If you need assistance with a draw initiated prior to the transfer that is not visible in your transaction history on our website or app, please contact us.
